Terms and Conditions of Contract

Payment of Fees:

All fees need to be paid monthly in advance for a calendar month.

Absence:

Please advise the Nursery staff if your child is absent due to sickness by 10am on the day. Booking fees are non-refundable for short term absence.

Closure days and Bank Holidays:

Plym Bridge Nursery School & Children’s Centre is closed for Bank Holidays and set closure days. No charge is made for these days.

Contact details:

In case of an emergency, please ensure your details are kept up-to-date. Change of circumstance forms are available from reception.

Termination of contract:

One months notice is required if you wish to terminate your contract.

Late fee’s:

We reserve the right to make a charge of £10.00 for late collection of your child

Holiday Entitlement:

You are entitled to four weeks of your normal sessions as your holiday allowance. You must give us at least 2 week’s notice that holiday is required.  This is in addition to Bank Holidays and Centre Closure days.  All additional holiday/planned absence will need to be paid at the full fee for the session. Holiday request slips are available from reception.

Arrears:

The Nursery reserves the right to withdraw the child’s place with immediate effect. Any outstanding debts will be processed by Plymouth City Council’s Debt Recovery Team.
